Hi! I'm Leah Hortin, a Women's Wellness Coach and founder of CHIRP Coaching.
If you are actively trying to lose weight but the scale isn’t budging, I hear you! I have been there more times than I care to admit, and completely understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you are trying everything you can think of to achieve your goal, but just can’t seem to get there!
For most of my life, I’ve struggled with body image, yo-yo dieting, and overexercising. I’ve tried counting calories, Weight Watchers, Paleo, Whole30, macro counting and more. I’ve lifted weights, dabbled in long distance running, Crossfit workouts, been a cardio bunny, worked with personal trainers, followed strict plans, tried a myriad of things on my own, and entirely winged it. All of these
strategies may have enabled temporary results, but nothing stuck long-term.
Today, I love my body, have a great relationship with food, and have found a way to consistently work out while supporting my other life goals. I now know that there is no greater peace than loving yourself, and I am dedicated to helping other women achieve that realization as well.
I'll share what I've learned. Sign up below.
